Cash on Delivery & ₹100 Advance

Cash on Delivery is available only when our manual fulfilment team can arrange a carrier that supports collection at the destination. To confirm a COD request, you must first pay ₹100 online through the approved Cashfree checkout. That ₹100 is a partial advance against your order total, NOT an additional fee. The remaining amount is collected on delivery. Example: if the order total including delivery is ₹569, pay ₹100 online now and ₹469 at delivery. We do not mark a COD order fully paid after receiving only the deposit. COD orders are dispatched only after server-side verification of the advance; a browser redirect is not proof of payment. If COD service cannot be arranged or an order is cancelled, the treatment/refund of any collected advance follows the approved Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law; it is not automatically forfeited. Never pay a second advance via unsolicited links or personal accounts.
