Our standard flat delivery charge is ₹70 per order unless the checkout displays an updated charge. Serviceability Enter your six-digit Indian pincode at checkout. We arrange courier bookings manually and confirm carrier availability before dispatch. If a carrier cannot serve your address, we will contact you about an alternative or an appropriate refund. Dispatch and delivery Orders are prepared after the full prepaid payment or applicable COD advance is confirmed. Courier acceptance and the destination determine dispatch and delivery estimates. We share the available estimate and courier details once the shipment is arranged; a guaranteed delivery date is not represented. Tracking Your order page shows the courier name, AWB and available tracking link after dispatch. Sign in to Orders & Tracking or use your existing order session. Contact customer care if your tracking has not updated or your order appears delayed. Address and delivery issues Supply an accurate recipient name, mobile number, address, city, state and pincode. Tell us promptly about address changes before dispatch. If a parcel looks tampered with or damaged, retain the packaging and contact us with photos and your order reference.
