An order is paid only after the payment gateway confirms it. If a payment is incomplete or pending, check your order status before paying again. Contact support with your order reference for an unexpected debit. Do not share your PIN, OTP or full card details.
Where enabled and serviceable, COD requires a ₹100 online advance, which forms part of the order total. The remaining amount is shown separately and is payable on delivery. A confirmed advance does not mean the full COD order is paid.
Approved refunds follow our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and the payment provider’s processing timelines. Payment status, refund processing and final bank credit can occur at different times.
