For missing, damaged, leaking, incorrect or tampered products, retain the product and packaging and share photographs when available. Report the issue promptly so we can investigate. Do not use a compromised product. Returns and replacements We review the issue and confirm a replacement, return or refund where appropriate. We will provide return instructions and the return address; please do not send goods to an unconfirmed address. For a confirmed defect, incorrect item or damage attributable to our fulfilment, we arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping. Do not discard packaging until your enquiry is resolved. Personal-care and tea products For hygiene and safety, change-of-mind returns of opened or used personal-care products and edible tea are not normally accepted. This restriction does not remove remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods or other statutory rights. Contact us about an unopened item before arranging a change-of-mind return. Cancellations Ask for cancellation promptly before dispatch. If fulfilment has not begun, we will confirm whether cancellation is possible. After dispatch, contact us for the appropriate return process. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund. Refunds Approved refunds are returned to the original payment source wherever supported. We aim to initiate an approved refund within seven business days and provide its reference. The payment provider or your bank may take additional time to show the credit. No refund is treated as complete simply because a request was submitted. Contact us with the reference if the credit remains outstanding. COD advances The ₹100 COD advance is part of your order total. It is not an extra charge and is not automatically forfeited. Its treatment follows the circumstances of the cancellation or return and applicable law. Your rights This policy does not exclude remedies available under applicable consumer law.
