How much is delivery?
The final delivery charge is shown at checkout. Our standard flat charge is ₹70 per order, subject to the displayed checkout amount and carrier coverage.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account gives you an address book, order history and a privacy centre.
How does the soap offer work?
Any two qualifying ₹200 handmade soaps cost ₹300 together. Mix eligible bars or choose two of the same. The saving applies automatically in your bag; an unmatched third bar remains ₹200.
Can I use a coupon?
Enter your code in the bag. Its dates, spend requirements and redemption limits are checked before the order is placed.
What about cash on delivery?
When COD is enabled and serviceable, pay a ₹100 online advance and the balance on delivery. The advance is included in your order total.
How do I track my order?
Your order page shows courier details after dispatch. Signed-in customers can use Orders & Tracking.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Retain the product and packaging and contact customer care promptly with your order reference and photographs. Read our returns policy for the process.
How do I change my marketing preference?
Use Profile & Preferences in your account or email customer care. Marketing is optional and does not affect necessary order support.
